At Sanders Inc. we have been fascinated and in fear of the transmission of airborne transmitted diseases. Numerous experts have recently stated that the novel COVID-19 (Coronavirus) is transmitted by airborne transmission. This is the reason we are seeing mass closures of schools and public events. Sanders Containment Filter is not FDA approved as a Medical device. However, through our independent test results, Sanders Containment Filter has been proven to help contain submicron particles. On March 11, 2020 Anthony Fauci has stated "How much worse we'll get will depend on our ability to do two things: to contain the influx of people who are infected coming from the outside, and the ability to contain and mitigate within our own country." In 2009, ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers) released a position paper showing the types of viruses that they believed to be spread by airborne transmission, excerpt shown beside here. These diseases include:** Influenza, Measles, Mumps, and Tuberculosis. Additionally, now COVID-19, as a respiratory disease, would also be added to this list.
